Before you ask
Good questions
How big is it, really?
About the size of a large smartphone. It fits in any purse or clutch and is light enough to forget it is there.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge lasts through a whole night out on the lower settings. It recharges over USB in a couple of hours from any plug or laptop.
Is it loud?
No — it uses a quiet turbo motor, so you get strong airflow without the high-pitched whine cheap fans make.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship within one business day. Delivery usually takes about two weeks — 12–16 days — and your tracking number is emailed the moment it ships.
What if I don't like it?
You have 60 days from the day it arrives. Email support@staychille.com and we will sort out a return — no interrogation.
