We make one thing, and we try to make it well.

Stay Chille is a small brand built around a simple idea: staying cool shouldn't mean carrying something ugly. Most handheld fans look like office equipment. Ours are designed to live in a tote bag next to your sunglasses and your keys, and to come out in public without embarrassing you.

We're new, and we'd rather say so

Stay Chille launched this season. We don't have a decade of history or a wall of reviews to point at yet, and we're not going to pretend otherwise — you'll notice we don't show star ratings we haven't earned.

What we can offer instead is a promise you can actually hold us to: 60 days to change your mind. Use the fan. Take it to a festival, a commute, a hot kitchen. If it isn't what you hoped for, email us and we'll make it right. No restocking fees, no interrogation.

How we work

We design and curate the range, and we work with manufacturing partners overseas to produce it. That's how a fan this good stays under $60 instead of costing three times as much. The trade-off is honest and we'd rather state it plainly: delivery takes about 12–16 days, and every order gets tracking. If you need something tomorrow, we're not the right shop, and we'd rather tell you that before you buy.

Who you're emailing

We're a small team, and a real person reads every message that comes in. Not a chatbot, not a ticket queue that swallows things. If your order is late, wrong, or broken, tell us and we'll sort it out.
